He is the Head of Research at Brightline Initiative (brightline.org), a Project Management Institute Initiative together with leading global organizations dedicated to bridge the gap between ideas and results, where he serves as thought leader and executive advisor in a number of global initiatives. His ideas and recommendations have been published in a number of international business journals and he contributed with six books on business strategy and transformation. He holds a Master’s degree and a PhD in Agile Management and Innovation (USP-EESC).
