CAPM and PMP Study Group Program
The PMI Zimbabwe CAPM and PMP Study Group Program is free of charge and provides chapter members an opportunity to work with other chapter members to enhance their ability to pass PMI PMP and CAPM certification exams. Currently, the discussions are done via our Whatsapp platform. There are several certification mentors readily available to give advice on how the test is administered, how to study, what materials to use, and facilitate the planning and logistics for the group. On behalf of the PMI Zimbabwe Chapter Board, I would like to welcome you to our newly refreshed chapter website. The new site is intended to make your experience great so we have improved the structure of our content and included a Resources Centre where you will find presentations from past events, in addition to other changes.
We are also excited about the new PMI whose focus is on powering the Project Economy. The Project Economy refers to the new way of working in which organizations and people are centred around a portfolio of projects, creating an economy of projects.

Make your mark on PMI Zimbabwe Chapter and the profession. As a member, you can volunteer to work on and to lead activities that advance the profession and support the chapter business operations by joining our chapter volunteer community. All volunteer openings are managed by the PMI Volunteer Relationship Management System (VRMS). This system includes the ability to search for opportunities, view details about each role and apply online.
Become a sponsor
The PMI Zimbabwe Chapter welcomes sponsorship from organizations, educational institutions, corporate entities, and vendors who are interested in promoting the project management profession. Our sponsorship program gives organisations an opportunity to support the Chapter’s activities and various programs such as monthly meetings, Conferences or social good initiatives. There are two sponsorship programs available.
Speakers for PMI Zimbabwe Meetings
Project Management Institute Zimbabwe Chapter is looking for dynamic speakers who have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in and/or related to project management. PMI Zimbabwe has several chapter events including monthly in person or virtual meetings, conferences that allow our members to learn about current trends in the project management field.
